This is one of those tastings that you just don't forget. The aromas of caramel and toffee were intense and lingered heavily without any complaints. White raisins and notes of orange peel were evident. The flavors just lingered on and on.
Nose of fine dark chocolate, raisins, walnuts, and prunes. Sweet, but not overly so; and pleasantly sour on the palate, like pink grapefruit. Almost like pickled plum.
