Redolent of cinnamon, Bing cherry and sarsaparilla on the nose, this Pinot gains depth, purity and focus as it hits the palate. Flavors of dried raspberries, fried shiitake mushrooms, fresh mint and pithy tangerine peel along a seamless and vibrant finish.
 
Winemaker Notes
This blend is predominately from our Bob’s Ranch Estate, with Gap’s Crown and Calesa vineyards completing the blend which features both Dijon and heritage clones. The resulting combination of diverse vineyard sites and clonal variation creates a complex wine with abundant fruit, making it a delicious Sonoma Coast blend.

Kathryn Walt Hall and her husband Craig Hall released the first WALT wines in 2010, having bought Roessler Cellars a year earlier. The Halls also own HALL Wines, established in 2003 and now with wineries in Rutherford and St Helena. This label focuses on Bordeaux grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc. BACA Wines, meanwhile, specializes in Zinfandel.
